Luffy was sure that no matter how much he tried convincing his brother to come with him, Ace was just too stubborn to do so 'You never backed out of fights, huh?' Luffy smiled slightly as he began runningĪlthough it was probably a horrible idea to let Ace fight Luffy grunted in annoyance when he sensed Ace running towards Whitebeard to assist him and probably take revenge on the Blackbeard bastard Luffy was about to protest again against the older when he realized that Ace had already disappeared from where he was previously standing "No, Luffy, you've done enough already, thank you for saving me, but, this is my fight now, you need to rest" Ace exclaimed "Ace!" Luffy shouted as he landed beside his brother "Hell no! I'm not leaving my family behind!" Ace yelled as he freed himself from Luffy's grasp The ship was slightly damaged, nothing too serious, just a few scratches here and there "No, I am getting you out of here, I'll go back and help them later, but right now, you need to get to your ship!" Luffy said "Luffy! My crew is still fighting back there! I need to go and help them! I can't just escape without them!" Ace squirmed "Oi Luffy! what are you doing, idiot!? Let me down!" Ace yelled His nails had turned black but not his whole hand and arm His daggers were nowhere to be found either Luffy had wings but, he didn't have the rest of his form He was flying through the air as Luffy carried him with one arm It took him a few second to realize, but when he did It took Ace a few seconds to realize the enemy his father figure was up againstīlackbeard and his crew had arrived sometime during his execution and had now sneaked up on PopsĪs Ace prepared to fight, the ground from beneath him was suddenly missing I DO NOT OWN ONE PIECE OR ANY OF THE IMAGES-Īce jumped down from the destroyed execution platform and looked around
